We want customers to be happy with their Walking Foolio gear. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. For returns due to sizing, preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item is received, the customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Personalized or custom products, gift cards, digital products, and merchandise specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless defective.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer law.
